On the subject of true multiple exposures ( on the same frame ) for Nikon digital cameras, several come to mind that have this functionality.
D200, D300, D2x. D3, D3x I suspect that the D700 can do this also.The impression I got is that Nikon's prosumer cameras don't and the pro series do.
