First off Andy, your distorted humans are indeed mesmerizing in a photographic sculpture sort of way. They're also fun to play 'Eye Spy' for body parts. The images sort of deconstruct the models and I like that you title the images with (I presume) the name of the model. I think that adds to the images reminding the viewer that the blob of flesh is actually a person. Its also interesting how the full body shots never seem to distort the face although other parts can be totally jellified. Is your drop image in the exhibition web site a bubble bursting through the surface or is it a droplet of water? You've really taken the water drop photo to perfection. I like how you can even see ripples in the surface of the bubble. Ha. Wild. Congratulations on being recognized as a master. http://www.imagecityphotographygallery.com/Shows/200904show/200904-Gal.h tm Greg
