I have had similar offers... and I do not have any 'real' web presence.
It is not quite as obvious as many of the different Nigerian scams
over the years
that have been made popular via many of the links at....

On a number of occasions, I have had aching stomach muscles.... and
tears running
down my cheeks at the way the scammers have been scammed.
