Polaroids instant transparency film HAD the dynamic range slide shooters often said they wanted, but it never looked poppy enough - it was low contrast / muddy.. and was a failure. A shame. a really unique slide film damned by it's actual success but percieved failure. it was convenient, relatively economical, superior sharpness to many other slide films being a thinner emulsion, greater dynamic range but it failed. Time will tell whether the Zero Ink process succeedes but it might be worth keeping an eye on :) k
