Difference between a major operation and a minor one??? A minor one is on someone else.

Regardless any flashes of light should be really check out. You hope you can get by with the laser. I didn't as the tear became detached anyway. Roy may be a retinal surgeon, but I am a 3 time surgical patient. I have no vitreous humor. Sarcasm intended. That didn't count the two cataract surgeries, and I am looking at 2 more surgeries in the future sooner or later in all likely hood. My Christmas present is the ability to see. Seriously though folks, if you really see things that look like camera flashes get to an eye specialist IMMEDIATELY if not sooner. It's one procedure where time can make a big difference in results.
