QuadTone Rip controls the printer when printing black and white
photographs on injet printers. It allows the user to control the toning
and ink levels.
It can also be used with special black and white photo inks available
from www.InkJetMall.com. These "quadtone" inks may give even better
results than the Espon 2200 ink sets.
I use QuadTone Rip with my Epson 7600 and the Epson inkset.

Mark,
Have you tried using QuadTone Rip, with the Epson 2200
printer?
I agree that I think that film, esp. b&w, is easier to
store, cameras are less expensive and do not need to be
upgraded every 2 years.
