"reasonable and appropriate," as determined by a set of "best
practices" maintained by the government.
Yeah. Bah humbug. Larry Lessig, the creator of the Creative Commons
license idea, is finally realizing just how bad it is to not get paid
for your effort when you're a professional. He must have signed some
of those contracts for writers from all the magazines and newspapers
he's been writing for during the last 5 years.
Next think you know he'll start talking about copyright with no
expiration date. Won't that be amazing...
