[Chris:] I like the symmetry of the object, I once wrote a Fourier algorithm
to simulate flower growth in order to show that pairs of 'morphogens' from
pairs of genes generated the spherical harmonics to make the plant the shape
it is. Turns out that leaves do not need many pairs but animals need more.
