Morley Roberts - Nada

I'm always puzzled by the use of IR film, which (to me) always adds a level of graininess and murkiness to a photograph. For some images, perhaps Gothic in style this may well be an advantage, but here? Hmm! Any comments Morley?

I do like the mirror on the right! I find their use in photography very amusing: remembering back to Alexander Rodchenko amongst others, they provide an extra dimension and certainly relieve this of being a boring snapshot. Not sure about what's wrong though! Illuminate me!! (But the elderly lady looks definitely nothing like the Queen - she'd never wear such drab clothes...)

Nice work! How did you connect that Industar lens?

Don Roberts - Snow and Ivy
Not sure about improvements, except possibly tone down the lighter bottom part which catches my eye and blur out the almost vertical object in the upper triangular section.
