Draw up an agreement on your letterhead spelling out in the simplest
possible terms just what you permit her to do with the files. Make
sure you spell out that you are the creator of the files and that you
are giving her the right to use the files in the specific ways.
Have both of you date and sign the permission form. Be sure to
include addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers, preferably
on the letterhead.
