Actually, it was remodeled to a few doctors offices.  From the angle you cannot see the other set of tracks that show frequest use--probably at least 6 trains a day--to and from Tropicana.  The rail is to prevent the usual person from wandering around on the tracks--I'm not usual. :)  Figured I would explain the train depot that is no longer a train depot.  Linda
