That is dangerous situation. I have a friend who got skin disease after
working for days inside a museum archive. Molds are the culprit also. If
you are in a tropical country, you might have neem tree somewhere, and
the leaves and flowers are used to fumigate some hospitals for the
elderly in India. It kills bacteria, viruses, and molds -- though I
can't recall which ones specifically. There are many websites about neem.
