Just a guess, but from the terms "telemore" and "x2" I would infer that it is a telephoto extender meant to fit on the front of  a 200mm  lens and convert it to 400mm.

No, I recall these lenses.  The brand name was Komura, and Telemore was just one of these "add-on words" that was presumably used to whet the potential customers´appetite.

I´m afraid Komura was considered very close to "bottom-of-the-barrel" quality-wise at the time, as was Petri.  I wouldn´t expect much from a sale or trade, especially since the original Petri lens mount is both unique and defunct (they seem to have switched to the Pentax screw mount late in their history, which is just a bit better from a compatibility point of view).  Here are some sites for more info:
