Polarized colour..."Q"...?

Quick tech question....
Anyone notice any "colour shifts" or "tendancies" when shooting digital + 
polarizer...?
Was recently shoting in the tropics (Bahamas) where I've been shooting for 
years, but did it digital this time ( Nk D-70S @ "daylight" setting.). 
Looked great TTL...
But unlike years of great turquoise water & blue sky on film... seems to 
have all  gone green ...??

Any tips...?
