Image search utility

I'm looking for a simple image search utility that will allow me to find 
similar/identical pictures scattered across my  4 hard drives.

A friend suggested that I look at the freeware named ImgSeek.

Any comments on this or other similar programs.  I'm currently relying on 
ThumbPlus as my main image manager utility.  It has a comparable-image 
sorting function but it does'nt quite fit my need since I can't specify the 
image I wan't to use as the basis for the search.
