Lovely portrait and yes, she does have an "unreal" quality. Porcelain Doll is close to what I first thought but not 
quite: "another worldly" came across. Maybe it's the hair and the pastel top but I wouldn't expect to see this "look"

FWIW: I would crop to just above her white top as I'm not sure that or her arms enhance the picture - which for me is 
her face and _expression_.
