no, sadly the minimum 'system' requirements (me thinks they mean OS) is Xp,
something I'm not rather fond of. It's also a reason I've not had the
opportunity to try PSCS :/
what do you think of it? I recall downloading an earlier incarnation of
Paint but haven't kept up with the changes
