Marilyn, I did find a write up and one of the images. I 
think the book is "The Home Place" by Wright Morris. I believe it is out in 
paperback, but I was a little bit concerned that the images might not be too 
good in the paperback. I may check with inter-library loan and see if I can get 
a copy to look at.

    Would love to see the Morris Wright book. I recently had the 
    opportunity to photograph in a house that had been vacant for 3 years. I
