It might be solved by doing a spyware check.
On Windows computers, I use both of these two anti-spyware programs.
Ad-aware by lavasoft from:
http://www.lavasoft.com/
and spybot search and destroy, from:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
Download and install each of them, then run one, then the other.
