Tina: I just answered my own question. As soon as I sent you the message I decided to search Adobe's web site and was able to find the script. It is located in the Adobe Exchange and all I had to do was to download it to my desktop and then transfer it into the scripts folder. I tried it and it striped all the EXIF (camera-related data) from my image. I haven't tried it yet but I suspect it will do the same with the rest of the metadata.
