Traffic has been at such a low lately, so I kind of fell obliged to
comment, in spite of a heat wave over here that almost deives me
nuts.... Here goes:

The PhotoForum members' gallery/exhibit space was updated JUL 08
2006. Authors
with work now on display at: http://www.rit.edu/~andpph/
gallery.html include:
D.L. Shipman -
A grizzled old fellow. Read the other day that a captive turtle that
Darwin had met died last week; don´t suppose this is the one? Quite
a good portrait, actually.
Steve Shapiro - Miner's Lettuce
Never seen this vegetable. Almost too green to look really tasty. I
would have cropped the top part away to get a cleaner composition.
Howard Leigh - Roger
Strong portrait, almost TOO tightly cropped (would have liked some
more space in front of him), but then possibly there was something
there that would have ruined the image; pubs can be cluttered....
Peeter Vissak - Splash
Good timing; "frozen" water always looks weird. A bit too busy in
the background, but then again, probably not much to do about it.
Emily L. Ferguson - Wainemoinen strings his harp
So this is wise old Vainemoinen himself, playing his fishbone
harp... And of course the hirsute beauty on his right is fair Aino,
who drowned herself rather than marrying him.... Quite
understandable. You seem to have had lots of fun; the image as such
possibly lacks something to fully qualify as immortal art..... ;-)
Kelly Battistuzzi -
It seems the author must have been kind of occupied at the time...
Simple and funny picture, indeed. Actually improves with viewing for
a while; not too many images do...
Now, let´s see if I can pull myself together and actually submit some
image next week...
