those who don't want to participate don't have to.
How did we handle the list of names and addresses of participants for our
last post card exchange?

I think it is a good idea but I wonder if every participant is ready to
produce about 40 postcards of the work they published in the book - or
even if they could, could they all afford to pay for international postage
associated with sending 40 postcards overseas. But let me not dampen
enthusiasm for the exchange.
We could have included everyone's signture in the book ... but I did not
think of that! Hopefully there will be another time and maybe then.
