Andy, I think you're putting some pressure on us to act quickly; and I
suggest that maybe you let it remain with Lulu until say, November to
release it to Amazon for Christmas.

When do you forsee getting the book on Amazon?
I thought we'd give ourselves about two weeks to order the book through
Lulu before increasing the price so it would meet Amazon's requirements
in terms of providing some royalty to them. At that point, or earlier, it
would be possible to have a second version of the book but without the
ISBN number, available for those who want to buy at $17.43 through Lulu.
Ideas?
