Marilyn,

I'm so glad you asked that question. I'm having the same problem so all the replies are helpful to me as well. Now I have a new question. I'm using PS 6.0 - a gift from my brother. But I have a hard time using the help section. My problem is that

I don't know how to pull up my tiny "layers" window.

I closed it out thinking I could find it again and I can't. I looked in the Layers menue tab at the top of the program but don't know which option to select. I'm wanting to become familliar with layers and how to build on a photograph using different backgrounds for different subjects. So far, all I've learned is how to erase the background and move the subject.

Another thing I can't figure out is how to get the new background useable for the clone tool to clean up the lines connecting the two photos. I can clean up the lines on the top layer but can't do anything to the new background. Hope I haven't said so much it's hard to understand. (Or not said enough.)

Thanks Everyone,

Shyrell
