Click on the box for the PDF download and go through to buying
process. You have to log in, make an account, and then they give you
the opportunity to download. No pay, but only one download per
person.
With my DSL the download took quite a while. It's 23M.
Then, of course, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it - free at
Adobe's web site if you don't already have it.
