About the quality of LuLu printing i can say that it is rather good. A friend of mine has made several variations of the same photographs to test layouts and they came very reasonably printed, better than some offset book i've seen here in Portugal. I Think Lulu uses Xerox igens to do the printing, but i'm not sure.
