Agreed but already 5 members of PhotoForum have sent in their materials.
Maybe the short deadline will stop the book from becoming too large and leave
room for a second one?
Guidelines are being "refined" with the help of current and future contributors
as we are going along. The latest, streamlined, "incarnation" of the
instructions can be found here:

A "major" change is that it is probably best if contributors don't try to format
their own text page as that will have to be adjusted to the typeface and size
that will eventually be used. Rather send plain text files instead of text
images or word documents. Plain text will work best.
Just so you know at this time the typeface of choice is Helvetica Neue 45 light
at size 10 for the bulk text. The pages are being put together using InDesign.
To do 10 pages took almost 10 hours due to inexperience and stubbornness of
gnome in charge! :)
