Bob's correct. If the data can be entered into Access, any report you want can be generated however, I personally feel the reports section is the hardest part of Access to work with. It can be very frustrating if you haven't been forced to learn how to get it under control like I was.

If your database is smaller than say 2 meg you can email it to me along with details of what you want the report to look like and I'll create it for you and email it back. If your database is larger than 2 meg then just save the table format(s) to another empty database and email me that.

The point is, I want to have a multi-column catalog, and I could not have a multi column report with Access.>>>

Wrong, it is relatively easy to do. Well, how easy it is perhaps depends upon your Access skills. If you are using an Access database, you can also export data to html or to Excel.

Access is exceedingly versatile and I really cannot see a problem doing what you need to do.

You might try using an Access Wizard and build the basic photo collection dB MS provides. then modify it as you see fit. Try running the "Northwind" database to see how reports are done and how images can be attached to each record.

Luck to you,
