I guess the Kinkos deal got past me, could you tell me what happened and what the out come was, I gather the copyright holder won.

Nothing you can do about a flatbed scanner and desktop printer, but there are things you can do about the commercial repro services - first you can make sure you intro yourself to all the local ones and let them know to keep an eye out for kids coming in with your pix and using the machines in their shops. After the Kinko's suit all the repro places are busy covering their asses.
