Still on vacation, but I finally have a Saturday

I love the look of old photos like this. The sky
almost has this charcoal feel to it, almost as if it
were a back ground for warner bros. still animation.
It almost has an old technicolor feel to it. But I
seem to be stuck with the horizon theme on this one
again.
The horizon bugged me too but that's the way it is. It is not
really a horizon, it is a shore line and if they curve toward you or
away from you they will not be level. If I had leveled the horizon,
the people would have been leaning. Which is preferable? This
horizon thing is like people always wanting snow to be white. It
isn't that way visually in nature, if you look at it carefully, so
why should it be in a photo?
But I appreciate the critique, Trevor. We have too few these days.
Maybe after the weather turns people will spend more time in front
of their computers.
