I suppose you could hire one of those water dispenser machines that 
you contract for the water delivery in huge plastic bottles, and keep 
the machine and refill the big plastic bottle instead of taking the 
delivery.  I think they cool as well as heat.

With b&w I think I recall that temp was flexible - although maybe not 
to +10 degrees....
