Just two questions
1. How many has he sold?
2. Does he already have a large following?

Robert Duncan can sell any thing he puts his name on regardless of quality, or price.

If the quality of the printing is high enough, then resale price is
irrelevent (within reason; Ctein is charging 495 bucks for his hand made
book), as long as I don't have to commit myself to a large minimum order.
