Hi Terry, Yes, I'm on dial up. Actually we have a phone wire that goes from the outside box right into a wall jack where my computer is. We use the same line, dial-up and same service company. It worked fine for two weeks, then his browsers went out. Could it be that his modem is bad? That's our last option.
