There are several self publishing companies that will be happy to send you samples of their work. Most of them are cookbook publishers and the others do bind their books, (and here comes the big but) BUT the ones I've seen so far look like what one could put together at home. Get some card stock, design and print your front and back cover. Run off your pages, and then take them to an office supply store where they will bind it for you.
