It was just for fun--no profit to be made.

I think it falls under fair use as not-for-profit criticism/commentary, but I may be mistaken (it wouldn't be the first time). I would never seek to make a profit using someone else's work without their permission.

The words at least were all my own.

That was really funny and well done.  Was it just for personal
consumption or for a customer /  magazine?

Are the "wire service" photos royalty free or do you have to pay a
small fee to use them?  I don't want another copyright thread but I've
thought about doing similar spoofs and backed off because (apart from
my own Queen shots) I have not got my own celeb shots.
