Well, if the picture is taken from public land it is like any other picture. I 've never heard of anyone ever complaining about pictures although if you had to trespass to get the shot someone could. There was a movement where art galleries in NYC displayed actual tomb stones that had been taken from different grave yards in the US and Canada but then some law enforcement person went on a vendetta and stopped the practice
