Lea,

I've had good success with Elinchrom Lights.  I use two into umbrellas for
wedding work. They arer self-contained,i.e., no power boxes, have slaves in
them, and I trigger them with a quantum radio slave. I deal with Helix in
Chicago, but I know B&H handles them also.
