The easiest option is to send a message to *listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx* Just put the words "unsubscribe photoforum" everywhere you can think of. If this isn't right, the elves that tend the listserver will reply telling you what to do.
Incidentally this information and more can be found here: http://www.rit.edu/~andpph/photoforum.html. I would have given you a far better explanation of this method, except I find that it's better to simply cut and paste my previous emails.
