You can set them to both... it works rather well... you;ll just have to adjust the flow rate till you are happy with it... Then with a fairly large brush (set at 100% opacity) you can just use the pressure (and flow) to edit even tiny things without much fiddling.... Just spent all day editing with a pen... would have been a miserable day with a mouse, for sure.
