I think it's in one of Scott Kelby's books. I know several people who use it, I recently switched to an overpriced but very effective plugin, however.
And that would be.......? I recently added theimagingfactory Convert to B&W Pro. It does a great job.
There are others from Power Retouche etc. What one do you use, Jeff?
