Those are not "spy robots". Those are exploration vehicles sent to find more oil for Halliburton . The rover wasn't really down the last few hours. It was secretly sending encoded results to company headquarters, re: resevoir size, depth for drilling, etc. I understand that Halliburton has returned partial control back over to NASA - for now.
