How about mail order from Adorama, B&H, etc.? Order in quantity, then refrigerate when it arrives.
It is even possible to freeze the bulk of one's film supply and keep what is needed for day to day use in the fridge. Buying in bulk also has the added advantage of increasing film stock consistency.
