Hi Gang............. Last night I was taking some Head Shots of some theatrical performers on location at their theatre. I brought in my portable studio. White back drop with back light. Main and fill lights are White Lightning 5000's shot through soft boxes. Olympus E-10 set on manual I used a flash meter for setting the exposure. Even though I didn't change the lighting scheme or exposures, on many of the shots the flesh tones shifted from normal to a bit cyan. Now I can correct this in Photo Shop., But I am wondering what happened? I was using auto White Balance....................... I was dumping a lot of light on the white back drop that was about 3 ft behind the subject. Could have all that white light bouncing back at me cause a color shift with the camera set on Auto White Balance? Usually I manually set it to 6500 degrees. This time I forgot. Thanks Russ R.E.
