Emily L. Ferguson - The thing I like moist is the stained glass window feel I get from the intense blue and underexposed foreground. Its also neat how some of the lines lead up to the top of the flag while others lead to an apex higher and to the right. Interesting play and even though its just a bunch of lines, they are obviously the rigging of a ship and there can be no bad naval shots.


Hmm. Seems we have some people in this group who are really sensitised to the flag and some who just love anything maritime!

the other day I saw a bumper sticker. It featured a US flag and next to that the legend read "these colors don't run".

I wonder how few people in my native land realize that France' flag is red, white, and blue. Seems the educational system here has severely misserved most of the current generations.

So sad.
