well since i have the time, why don't i review this week's gallery?

Emily L. Ferguson - The new cupola

wow! the first impression was that this was a composite image...i takes 
reading the comments to believe! I like this image. It is sharp, crisp, as 
original as can be, it has a story, and most of all it boasts the blue tint 
i like!

Jim Davis -Kawasemi Kloseup

another good one, one oi those that will make me a digital believer i guess. 
I like the birds colors, and most of all the beagle (?) position..Just 
right, I did not like the background though, it seems an add on. is it so?

jIMMY Harris - Laurie and Colt

well the sticking thing in this one is the head ratios...exactly the oposite 
one would expect. but i am perplexed by the red tone on Laurie's face. Does 
it come from reflected light on her shirt? on the other hand, has it been 
pale skin colored, i am sure it would lose to much with that colt's 
stricking curve & mellow brown head beside.
Just a matter of choices...

My image...
ooops!  is that a bit darker than optimum, or am I am sitting infront of the 
wrong hired PC?
if it indeed is, then i should be adjusting again!

Dan Mitchell - Harbor
Dan, Dan, where do you get all those colours and that specific sunlight 
from?
One would expect a harbor to be like anyother else, but no! the way they are 
colored it does not stands true for the English ones! So...great choice of 
striking tones...like that red that seems so out of place...

David Small - At the Met
great idea! and contrasting coat colors....i guess this was a "grab now that 
you can" shot 'cos that framing glass has failed you....Also...my hired 
monitor does have flashes of red, to be corrected by not-so-gentle tapping, 
but there must be a pinkish tint on the wall, doesn't?
