Sail reflection:  I do like the bright colors.   The reflection in the water could be an image all by itself.    Thank you for all the information which accompanies the photograph, it makes the image all the more interesting.

Poles:  The posterization works for this photograph.   The blank area in the lower, right hand portion of the photo is a little distracting.  I think I'd crop the right side of the photo, some.  The image as is, however, would make a great illustration to accompany an article about the rodeo.  That blank area is a perfect place to put an article's title.

Morning Mist, Artist Point, Yellowstone N.P. - 2003:   I'd love to see some more light (dodging?) on the water fall.   The photo has a mysterious, powerful feel to it.

Stepping Out:  An interesting photo.  Lots to look at.    The man on the right does look as if he is "Stepping Out" of the billboard's frame.   The truck in the front looks large compared to the billboard and man (because it is closer to the camera, I'd guess) and gives the photo a surreal look.

Tacoma Narrows No. 6:  I like this very much.  The contrast between the man-made structure against the natural surroundings  (trees, sky and clouds) behind, sends a message.  The photo is clean, crisp and clear.   The structure makes a nice design.  Black and white film was a perfect choice for this subject matter - it adds to the crispness.

Sunday morning coming down:  Great photograph!  Your vantage point when taking this photo puts me right inside the frame.   Good film choice.   The trees (shrubs?)  look beautiful.   I love the dogs and the old Volkswagen.

Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, Ca.:   An interesting and affective interpretation of a much photographed subject.   Very nice framing and composition;  beautiful colors in the sky.   I tried cropping the left side and lower portion to see if I liked it better (more bridge, sky and city) but I liked your cropping better.  A very nice photograph.

Carnival monster:  I love it!   The clock in the background gives the photo a scary, eerie feel for some reason ( the familiar - clock/building - juxtaposed with the unfamiliar - monster, perhaps).   The smoke adds even more excitement and mystery to the photograph.

Dan Mitchell
Cley Mill, Norfolk:  Beautiful colors.   Everything is too perfect.  Is there really such a place?  (Of course there is.) This image makes me want to be there.    The curve of the canal draws me right into the photograph.   Perfect framing and composition.  I'm going to go call my travel agent{:->

Thank you to all who shared their work.   After viewing the gallery, I feel as if I've been on vacation and visited many interesting and fascinating places.

Thank you to Andy and staff for "hanging" the show.
