Precious Pearl: I like this very much. The idea is fresh and unusual and I can feel the fun and happiness of the boys. I can see this image in a travel brochure. Janine C. Hanson
St. Jerome with Fresco (Venice, Italy) - 2000: The composition of this photograph is interesting because of a 3-d type effect. The subjects in the fresco seem to wrap around the statue. At first the contrast of the blue statue against the warm colors of the fresco was a little jarring, but after studying the photo for a while, that doesn't bother me. Judy Curiel
Barn with two holes: I really enjoy the colors and textures in this image. Would it have been possible to remove the wire structure in the lower left corner of the photo? I find that a little distracting - it takes away from the "flow" (for lack of a better word) of the rest of the image. Linda Wilson: Picture
post card perfect. Do you live near this, Linda, or was it taken
during a visit? Definitely a place I'd love to explore and go
through many rolls of film.

Triangles (homage to Ruth Bernhard): You certainly met your objective of finding the triangles in this arrangement, Lea. I would like to see a little softer and more directional lighting to give some roundness to the subject. Bob Talbot
Peacock: Beautiful colors, nice placement of the subject within the frame. Gregory david Stempel
Pillows in the Sun: Light coming through Venetian blinds always catches my eye, too. This photo has a warm, restful appeal. King/Arthur
Eddy in His New Apartment: "Eddy" is a little hard to see at first. I really like the green leaves of the plant on the left with the sun shining through them. A little more light on Eddy and a little less brightness of the windows so some detail could be seen behind the windows (the brick is interesting) would have made a much nicer photo. This image has a slice-of-life appeal, though. Dan Mitchell
waiting: The two gentlemen sitting on the bench don't look like they would make very good company - they look a little dour. Maybe they are worrying about how much their wives are spending {;-> Rand Flory
Dinner: If there was a warm glow beneath the food this would make a more appealing photo. Raw meat sitting on, what appears to be, a cold stove just doesn't look appetizing (but then, I'm a vegetarian). Jim Davis
Coot Chicks: My favorite of this week's gallery. What's not to like? Nice lighting on, and good detail in, the birds and leaves; good composition and framing. Thank you to Andy and staff for hanging the gallery
and thank you to all who shared their work. I enjoyed viewing
it.
