Dan, If a simple statement of fact to the perp did not work, it is no longer a home project. You probably need to contact an international copyright lawyer who will work on contingency. If the person is using your images in an unaltered fashion, you MAY have a fairly straight-forward case. If the person has "incorporated them into his artwork" which is different from yours, you may be getting into the area of "derivative works," which could be a bit stickier to resolve. peace rand
