If you were willing to ship the camera all the way to Massachusetts you could send it to my repair man at Cape Cod Photo and Art. He is probably at work today, his name's Mark. He maintains all the cameras for the local school systems and has been doing so for 35 years and has the most amazing stash of parts. He's smart, has tiny hands and knows cameras inside and out, and polite and good humored to boot.
