There's a website about Murphy Law called "Murphy's Law Was Invented Here!".
I don't have the URL, but here are three statements from the page:

• Incoming fire has the right of way.
• If your advance is going well, you are walking into an ambush.
• The only thing more accurate than incoming enemy fire is incoming friendly fire.
